In this yoga class we will explore our breath, deepen our flexibility, play with balance and connect to our body. Learn to ride the waves of breath as you move through your yoga practice and life with ease and grace. All you need is your body and your mat!
This class will focus on building a strong core and improving mobility. Expect dynamic movements, stability work, and stretches that enhance flexibility, balance, and functional performance.
